Alltime Shipping (India) has achieved tremendous growth in business at all locations in which it operates, it was emphasised at the com-pany's first annual review meeting held recently at the Express Residency. The company completed its third year in May 2011, according to Exim News Service.

The efforts put in by its staff towards achieving this success was appreciated on the occasion. The objective of the meeting was to review the performance of Alltime Shipping in the past years and formulate the priorities, projections and follow-up actions for the coming period.

Alltime Shipping has its registered office in Vadodara with branches in Ahmedabad, Ankleshwar and Mumbai, besides an associates network in India and overseas.

The company is registered with the Directorate-General of Shipping as a licenced Multimodal Transport Operator and is associated with JSK Logistics LLC, New Jersey, USA. JSK Logistics, as a Federal Maritime Commission (FMC)-licenced international freight forwarder and bonded NVOCC, is duly authorised by the FMC to conduct the business of providing non-vessel-operating-common-carrier services for transportation of cargo via common carriers between India and the US.

The meeting discussed the challenges in improving customer service quality, the human resources bottleneck, projections and ways to ensure value-added service to clients.

The company management plans to organise training workshops, both in-house and outside, to upgrade staff skills, it was disclosed.

Alltime Shipping was founded as a partnership by Mr Rajan Nair and Mr Haren Shah in May 2008 with the aim of emerging as a single-window logistics solutions provider. The company handles varied shipping activities like sea freight, air freight, Customs clearance (outsourced) along with value-added services like door delivery, DAP (Delivered At Place), DDU (Delivery Duty Paid) and ex. works.

The company was rated by CRISIL in January 2011.
