The construction of the third series of Armada-type ships tanker Captain Nagdaliyev was completed in Turkey under the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) survey.

The distinctive feature of this design is equipment of ships with full-revolving azimuth thrusters. The ships fully comply with new international requirements for vegetable oil transportation, including two-compartment subdivision.

The tanker Captain Nagdaliyev was assigned the increased ecological safety distinguishing mark ECO-S. The RS-developed distinguishing marks of increased ecological safety ECO and ECO-S are assigned to the most safe, as pertaining to discharges to sea and emissions to air, ships on which additional measures are provided for preventing environmental pollution.

Ecologically safe ECO and ECO-S ships are considered more credible by shipowners, maritime administrations and port authorities, since the additional requirements for the prevention of environmental pollution in case of accident have already been applied to them at the design stage.
