Superfast ferries started travelling in April from Vuosaari. Tallink will operate the ferries during the summer season on the Helsinki-Rostock route.

AS Tallink Grupp subsidiaries Baltic SF VII Ltd and Baltic SF VIII Ltd have signed contracts with Stena Line Ltd to lease the MS Superfast VII and MS Superfast VIII ferries in August 2011. The agreed lease term is three years and the leaseholder has the option to extend the lease for an additional year. The ferries will sail in Great Britain.
