Dirk Steffes (43), Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the leading locomotive leasing company Mitsui Rail Capital Europe (MRCE), leaves the company on 31 July, 2011 in order to pursue new career challenges.

Dirk Steffes entered the Japanese company in November 2008 where he was responsible for sales, business development, service, fleet management, material management and quality management.
