We currently have a vacancy for an Inbound Planner within our Inbound Planning department at Odessa & Moscow offices. In this position you will report to the Team Manager and will hold ultimate responsibility for the following duties/tasks:

Inbound Planner Duties/tasks:

1. Team Work - Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all our cross functional multi-branded departments; Customer Services and all Multi-branded Logistics and Distribution Teams. - Maintaining relationships with railway companies, third party logistics providers and Carriers. - Attending Aligned Logistics Meetings (ALM's) and Delivery Action Meetings (DAM's) and providing necessary data as required and prioritizing shipments when requested

- Providing Visibility

- Creating new tracking reports, when required, to manage the timely delivery of product

- Updating the business on shipment delays

- Ensuring the accuracy of tracking reports and providing the business with up to date information when requested

- Updating delivery dates in

3. Container Consolidation

- Completing pre-advices in timely manner

- Ensuring containers are consolidated to maximize container fill and potential direct containers are packed in line with specific customer requirements.

4. Cross Training

- Ability to complete all roles in the Inbound Planning team when required

- Ability to train other members in the inbound team on all processes in the Inbound Team

5. Reporting/Informing

Contribute in the team production of:

- Volume Reports

- Container Location Reports

- Carrier Performance Reports

Advanced level of English is a must.
